Orders: All items are HANDMADE to order, usually within 7-21 days. If you need an item for a specific date please let me know in the comments at checkout and I will do my best to get it to you for then.

Please get in touch if you need something at short notice as I do carry some items in stock.

Delivery Costs: UNDER £100, 1st Class Signed for £3.95. Special Delivery £6.95. OVER £100 delivery is FREE.

Gold & Silver: I always use RECYCLED SOLID gold and silver, never plated. Metals used: 18ct yellow/rose and white gold, 9ct yellow/rose/white gold and sterling silver. #SOLIDNOTPLATED

Ethics: I use non toxic products in the making and cleaning of my jewellery. I use recycled silver and gold and packaging. My pieces are handmade with love and care, and I hope will stay around for many years to come and be passed on.

Cleaning & Care: Please store your jewellery in an airtight bag when not being worn.

Take your jewellery off if you're involved in any activity which could scratch, knock or damage it. If in any doubt, take it off and keep it safe.
Take it off when you go to bed.
Keep it well away from chemicals, especially chlorine. If it does come into contact with chemicals, rinse it in water immediately.
Bathe and apply any lotions or perfumes before you put your jewellery on.
Store it separately, ideally in a soft-lined box or airtight bag
Make sure chains and necklaces are fastened when storing to avoid tangling.
Remove jewellery while cooking and cleaning.
When storing jewellery, please keep it away from sunlight, excessive heat or damp conditions.
Silver and gold polishing cloths are a great and safe way to clean and polish your jewellery. I mostly use 'towntalk'

Refunds: We offer a full refund or replacement on any faulty items within 14 days of receipt. Please get in touch to arrange return ( jojewellery@hotmail.co.uk ) quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original Jo Irvine Jewellery packaging.

Commissions: Please contact me with a commission idea. I am always happy to discuss ideas and make an existing item in a different precious metal, ie a silver item in solid gold etc. Add a charm to a bangle, and so on. Or make something completely unique. If you have some gold you wish to use please get in touch to discuss uses and designs. Please note some of the designs discussed/made may make it inito my collections in some form.

Packaging: Your jewellery will be sent to you boxed. Please rest assured that we always package your items securely and safely.

Ring Sizing: Please make sure you have had your fingers measured correctly before ordering rings. As a guide rings should slide on but you should need to wiggle them off. It is best to be measured when your hands are neither too hot or too cold. If you need a half size please let me know. Most rings can usually be adjusted for an additional charge.

Late and Lost Deliveries: If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the Royal Mail. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

Repairs: If you require a repair to an item please get in touch.

Please note all items are handmade so there may be slight variations to the images shown.

Many items can be personalised please get in touch if you'd like to discuss this. Hand stamped items are done so freestyle so there may be slight differences in spacing and alignment. For a more precise finish please get in touch to discuss engraving.
